Forging Charger (ZHJ SERIES Rail Bound)

The ZHJ SERIES Rail-Bound Forging Charger is a hybrid hydraulic-mechanical system designed for efficient forging operations. It comes in clamping, holding, and fork types, depending on the operation mode. The charger performs a variety of movements, including manipulator travel, upper part movement on the chassis, rotation of the upper section, extension and retraction of the clamp rod, vertical movement of the clamp rod, and clamp head rotation. It is primarily used for loading and transporting billets and forgings from the furnace, significantly reducing handling time, boosting productivity, lowering labor intensity, and enabling mechanized forging production.
