Ocean ball machine

The “TVHD” Series Ocean Ball Machine, an automatic extrusion blow molding machine, is designed for high efficiency and reliability. Its plasticizing system uses a high-performance mixing screw to ensure complete and uniform melting of materials. The hydraulic system features double proportional control, with a swing frame running on linear guide rails and mechanical decompression, combined with imported, high-quality components for stable, high-speed operation. The extrusion system employs frequency-conversion speed control with a hard-tooth-surface reducer, providing smooth operation, low noise, and long-lasting durability. The machine is controlled via a PLC with a touchscreen human-machine interface in Chinese or English, allowing easy process setup, adjustments, monitoring, and fault diagnosis. The mold clamping system uses a beam-arm, three-point central locking design, ensuring balanced clamping force, high precision, fast operation, and preventing deformation.
