2507 Stainless Steel Wire

2507 stainless steel wire is a super duplex stainless steel featuring a composition of roughly 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and 0.27% nitrogen. Its duplex (austenitic-ferritic) microstructure provides exceptional strength—about twice that of 304 or 316 stainless steel—along with outstanding resistance to corrosion, especially chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Available in diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 10.0mm, it retains excellent toughness and fatigue resistance even under demanding conditions.
