Company History


2006: Preparatory work began for the establishment of iBoard.


2007: iBoard interactive whiteboard products passed CE, FCC, and RoHS testing. The first interactive whiteboard was exported to Korea.


2008: Won its first tender for 29 interactive whiteboards for Shenzhen Ronggen School and obtained ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certifications.


2009: Expanded the company, developed finger gesture recognition technology, launched combined interactive whiteboard products, and began large-scale overseas production and sales.


2011: Achieved a technical breakthrough with dual IR touch technology and began cooperation with HISOL as a supplier to a major global interactive whiteboard brand.


2012: Became an early developer of 9th-generation IR matrix technology and expanded its position as a large-size touch solution supplier.


2013: Annual revenue reached RMB 100 million.


2014: Became a corporation limited company and was publicly listed under stock code 831753.


2016: Expanded the factory to 10,000 m² in Dongguan and acquired the StarBoard brand from HISOL.


2019: Expanded manufacturing operations to Gongming, Shenzhen, with a facility covering approximately 23,000 m².


2020: Despite the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, annual sales exceeded RMB 200 million, reaching a historic high.


2022: Continued development in capital markets and strategic cooperation.


2023–Present: Focused on sustainable development, technological innovation, and expanding its intellectual property portfolio, with more than 100 patent technologies and copyright certificates.
