Founded in 1987, our company was initially known as Pingyang Plastic Machinery General Plant. It was later renamed Yanfeng Plastic Machinery General Plant and eventually became Yanfeng Group Co., Ltd. in 2009. We are recognized as a state-level high-tech enterprise that integrates research, development, manufacturing, sales, and service. The company is an important member of the China Plastic Machinery Industry Association, China Plastic Processing Industry Association, and China Packaging Association. We also hold independent import and export rights and are a member of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products. Our company has achieved ISO9001:2015 quality management certification, intellectual property management system certification, and CE certification.
Our facilities cover an area of 60,000 square meters and include more than thirty high-precision CNC machines, valued at approximately 5 million USD, along with over 200 additional processing machines. With fixed assets exceeding 83 million USD, we are among the leading manufacturers in the plastic weaving machinery industry, known for our large production scale, high sales volume, comprehensive product range, and extensive international reach.
To date, we have secured more than 80 national patents for newly developed products. Our innovations include the first energy-efficient four-shuttle circular loom powered by a 1.5 kW motor, a large-scale active roller tape drawing machine equipped with a touch-screen numerical control system and servo-driven ratio adjustment, and an advanced circular loom featuring intelligent microcomputer and remote online management capabilities. We have also developed an intelligent PLC-controlled reverse lamination machine.
