AUTOMATED FACTORY
TAILIAN currently employs nearly 500 people and operates a manufacturing facility covering approximately 48,000 square meters, with a monthly production capacity exceeding 400,000 units.
Through continuous development and investment, the company has established advanced production facilities, including an SMT workshop, painting workshop, injection molding workshop, die-casting workshop, and assembly workshop.
TAILIAN has maintained ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification since May 2005 and has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and Ningbo Engineering Technology Center.
The company has also established a TUV SÜD-approved TMP laboratory equipped with professional testing facilities, including IP testing rooms, EMC testing rooms, photometric distribution equipment, material testing machines, and temperature testing systems, ensuring reliable product quality and performance.
