The Gas Gate Valve is a reliable industrial valve designed for safe and efficient isolation of gas and other pipeline media. The valve incorporates a flexible wedge gate, welded valve seat, anti-blowout valve stem, individual sealing structure, and full-range guide rail design. These features provide stable valve operation and reliable sealing during repeated use. Its full-flow passage helps minimize pressure loss when the valve is fully open, while the controlled opening and closing action helps reduce the possibility of water hammer and pipeline shock.

The Gas Gate Valve is designed for easy and reliable operation, with a handwheel that can be removed when the valve is in the fully open position. The anti-blowout valve stem design provides additional safety under high-pressure conditions, while the flexible wedge gate helps maintain effective contact with the sealing surfaces for dependable shut-off performance.

The valve is available in sizes from 2" to 84" (DN50–DN600) and pressure ratings from CL150 to CL2500 (PN10–PN64). It can be manufactured using carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and other suitable materials. Connection options include flanged ends and butt-welded ends, while operation can be provided through manual or electric actuators depending on system requirements.

Designed according to recognized industrial standards, the valve follows API 600 and GB/T 12234 for design, ASME B16.10 and GB/T 12221 for structural length, and ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, and GB/T 9124 for flange connections. Pressure testing is carried out according to API 598 and GB/T 26480.
