Structural Features of the Machine

• Suction Hood Design: Equipped with a high-pressure, quiet fan; gas supply and electrical control cabinets centralized for operation, positioned at least 1.5m from the main unit; operator side fully enclosed for safety.

• Base and Wallboard: Made of cast iron with 200mm wallboard thickness; independent gearbox with universal joint transmission ensures reliable power transfer.

• Corrugated Rollers: Made from 48CrMo alloy steel, main roller diameter Ø360mm; undergo quenching, CNC grinding, IF quenching, and tungsten carbide surface treatment for hardness above HV1200; bearings of corrugated and pressure rollers use Timken bearings for heat resistance.

• Pressure Roller: Diameter Ø364mm, made of No. 45 carbon steel, quenched; surface ground and chrome-treated; cylinder-controlled vertical movement with cushioning devices.

• Glue Wallboard: Skateboard-type structure with pneumatic control; glue roller Ø240mm, engraved with 30-line pit-style texture, polished and hard chrome-plated; glue unit removable for easy roller replacement.

• Glue Control: Digital electrical adjustment for precise glue quantity; convenient and quick replacement of glue rollers.

• Material Supply: Corrugated and pressure rollers sourced from Zhongyuan Tegang for high quality and durability.

• Air Spring System: Corrugated and pressure rollers use air spring pressure devices for stable operation.

• Preheat Roller: Seamless steel pipe Ø400mm produced by Tiangang; all connections use metal hoses for reliability.
