TSYZ Series Intensive Dampener — Wheat Dampening & Conditioning Machine

Horizontal intensive dampener designed for adding water to wheat uniformly before milling in flour mill plants. Resolves water leak issues found in traditional dampeners while ensuring accurate, even dampening for optimal tempering.

KEY FEATURES:
- Horizontal body design resolved the water leak problem with traditional dampeners
- Dampening and mixing chamber design assures even dampening
- Adjustable discharging flow and stock mixing time assure accurate dampening
- Replaceable wearing plate inside, which lowers the maintenance cost significantly
- A dynamic balance test is given to the rotor for the equipment to run smoothly
- Stainless steel used where it is in contact with material for assured food sanitation

APPLICATIONS:
Flour mills, wheat processing lines. Used for conditioning wheat before grinding to improve flour extraction rate, reduce roller mill power consumption, and produce better quality flour with easier bran separation.

FUNCTION:
Adds controlled moisture to wheat grain and mixes intensively to ensure uniform water absorption by each kernel. Critical pre-milling step for tempering wheat to 15-16% moisture.
