Insulation Bridge Crane QY

Weihua Group’s insulation overhead crane is commonly used in smelting workshops for electrolytic nonferrous metals, including aluminum and magnesium. The crane is composed of a box-type main girder, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, and electrical components.

To protect operators from electrical hazards, key parts of the crane are treated with insulation to prevent current from passing through the lifting mechanism. Designed for heavy-duty operation, the main lifting system features dual braking to ensure safe and reliable production.
