The machine bed is manufactured from high-quality, high-strength cast materials, providing excellent rigidity, large structural support, and long-term accuracy retention. It is also equipped with linear guideways for precise movement.

Compatible with multiple CNC control systems, including the self-developed Weihang system, as well as Siemens and Taiwan Syntec systems.

The spindle drive system can be configured with either a servo motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor, directly connected to a ball screw to eliminate backlash, improve positioning accuracy, and ensure stable operation.

Features a fully supported table with a single-base design, preventing deformation or leakage even under heavy loads.

Includes an advanced cutting oil monitoring and filtration system, with primary and secondary tanks for sedimentation and an additional forced filtration stage for cleaner operation.

Designed with a special chip removal system to prevent chip blockage issues commonly found in other machines.
