Maintenance Guidelines:

• Avoid overfilling oil during lubrication to prevent micro-switch malfunction caused by oil overflow.

• Perform monthly cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication of key components such as the slide plate, middle knife, and front knife.

• Do not apply oil to certain parts, including:

  • Return belt rollers

  • All belts

  • Skid components and surrounding areas

• Every three months, apply lubricating oil to shafts, cores, and bearings for smooth operation.

• Carry out regular maintenance and lubrication while ensuring the machine remains dry and protected from water exposure.
