Flash Forging

Flash Forging is a metal forging process in which a heated metal workpiece is placed between two dies, and pressure is applied so that excess material “flashes” out along the die edges. This technique allows the metal to completely fill the die cavity, producing precise shapes with refined grain structure and superior mechanical properties such as strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance. Flash forging is commonly used for manufacturing components like gears, connecting rods, shafts, and heavy machinery parts, where high dimensional accuracy, durability, and reliability are critical in demanding industrial and automotive applications.
