Film Insert Molding (FIM) Technology allows plastic surfaces to achieve a variety of metallic finishes. Using the INS solution, Sino enables the creation of decorative surfaces with high-gloss effects on complex-shaped plastic components.

Also known as embedded injection molding, the process involves stretching a printed ABS film and shaping the insert to match the plastic injection mold. During the injection process, the insert is precisely bonded with the plastic material, forming an integrated part.

Unlike traditional film techniques, this method allows molding even at the deformation stage, ensuring accurate and high-quality results for complex geometries.
