FN21/40 Combined Rice Mill and Powder Crusher Machine

The FN21/40 Combined Rice Mill and Powder Crusher Machine is a multifunctional agricultural processing machine developed from an earlier model to provide efficient rice milling and grain crushing in one compact unit. It combines paddy skinning, rice whitening, rice separation, and grain powder grinding, making it a practical solution for farms, agricultural households, grain-processing businesses, food production, and animal-feed preparation.

With its dual-purpose design, the machine allows operators to process paddy into finished rice or switch to the powder crushing function for grinding grains, cereals, and spices. A simple control switch makes it possible to change between the two functions without manually changing the pulley belts.

Rice Milling Function

The rice mill section is designed to perform several processing stages efficiently in one operation. It can:

• Remove chaff and paddy husks

• Whiten rice

• Separate whole rice from broken rice

• Process approximately 180–220 kg of paddy per hour

• Provide a convenient solution for small- and medium-scale rice processing

Powder Crushing Function

The integrated powder crusher can grind a variety of agricultural products and food ingredients into granules or powder. Suitable materials include:

• Corn

• Rice

• Wheat

• Grain sorghum

• Spices

• Chili

• Other suitable grains and dry agricultural materials

The internal screen can be changed according to the desired particle size. Available screen diameters range from φ0.6 mm to φ6 mm, providing flexibility for different food-processing and animal-feed applications.

Easy Operation

The FN21/40 machine is designed for straightforward operation. A dedicated switch allows users to select either the rice milling mode or powder crushing mode as required. There is no need to manually change the belts on the pulley, which saves setup time and makes switching between processing functions more convenient.

Easy Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning and inspection are also simplified by the accessible machine design. The operator can open the cover to check the internal components and clean out residual material. Regular cleaning helps maintain hygienic processing conditions and reliable machine performance.
