It can process rice, corn, beans, wheat, grain sorghum, spices, and chili, making it a versatile solution for farms, agricultural households, food-processing businesses, and animal-feed applications.

The machine is designed to complete several rice-processing stages in one operation, including chaff removal, rice whitening, and separation of whole rice from broken grains. Its integrated powder crusher provides additional flexibility for producing granules or powder from various grains and food materials.

Multifunctional Processing

The NFL6.0-19ZS combines two primary processing functions:

Rice Milling Function

The rice mill section can skin and process rice, corn, beans, and other suitable materials. For rice processing, it can:

• Remove chaff

• Whiten rice

• Separate whole rice from broken rice

• Complete the main milling process in one operation

• Process up to 200 kg/h

The adjustable handle allows the operator to increase processing pressure according to the material and desired milling results.

Powder Crushing Function

The integrated powder crusher can process a variety of grains and dry materials, including:

• Rice

• Wheat

• Grain sorghum

• Corn

• Spices

• Chili

• Other suitable agricultural products

The operator can switch the machine to powder-crushing mode, adjust the material inlet, and change the internal screen according to the desired output.

Easy Operation

The machine is designed for convenient function selection. A simple switch allows the operator to select either the rice milling function or powder crushing function.

For rice milling, select the rice mill setting and adjust the pressure using the adjustable handle. For powder crushing, select the crusher setting, control the material inlet, and install the appropriate internal screen before feeding the material.
