NFL4.0A-19ZS Combined Rice Mill and Powder Crusher Machine

The NFL4.0A-19ZS Combined Rice Mill and Powder Crusher Machine is a multifunctional agricultural processing machine developed from an earlier model to provide efficient rice milling and grain powder crushing in one machine. Its versatile design combines paddy skinning, rice whitening, rice separation, and grain grinding, making it suitable for farms, agricultural households, food-processing businesses, and animal-feed applications.

The machine can process paddy into clean, whitened rice while separating whole rice from broken grains. Its integrated powder crusher can also grind corn, rice, wheat, grain sorghum, spices, and chili into granules or powder.

Rice Milling Function

The rice mill section is designed to complete several processing operations in one continuous process. It can:

• Remove chaff and paddy husks

• Whiten rice

• Separate whole rice from broken rice

• Process approximately 180–220 kg/h

• Provide an efficient solution for small- and medium-scale rice processing

Powder Crushing Function

The integrated powder crusher is suitable for grinding various grains and dry agricultural products into granules or fine powder. Materials that can be processed include:

• Corn

• Rice

• Wheat

• Grain sorghum

• Spices

• Chili

• Other suitable grains and dry materials

The internal crushing screen can be changed according to the required particle size. Available mesh diameters range from 0.6 mm to 6 mm, allowing users to select a suitable output size for food processing or animal-feed production.

Easy Function Switching

The NFL4.0A-19ZS is designed for simple operation. A control switch allows the operator to select the rice milling or powder crushing function as required. Users do not need to manually change belts on the pulley when switching between functions, making the machine faster and more convenient to operate.

Convenient Cleaning and Maintenance

The machine has an accessible internal structure that makes routine cleaning and inspection easier. Simply open the cover to check the internal components and remove residual materials. This convenient design helps support hygienic processing and reliable operation.
