The NFL6.0-21QIIC Combined Rice Mill and Powder Crusher Machine is a multifunctional agricultural processing machine that combines rice milling, grain skinning, and powder crushing in one practical unit. Designed for versatile agricultural and food-processing applications, it can process rice, corn, beans, wheat, grain sorghum, spices, chili, grass, and other suitable materials.

The machine is designed to perform several rice-processing operations in one pass, including chaff removal, rice whitening, and separation of whole rice from broken grains. Its integrated powder crusher provides additional processing capability for producing granules or powder from grains, spices, and other agricultural materials.

Multifunctional Processing

The NFL6.0-21QIIC provides two main processing functions in one machine.

Rice Milling Function

The rice milling section can skin and process rice, corn, beans, and other suitable materials. During rice processing, it can:

• Remove chaff

• Whiten rice

• Separate whole rice from broken rice

• Complete multiple processing stages in one operation

• Process up to 200 kg of material per hour

An adjustable handle allows the operator to increase the milling pressure according to the processing requirements.

Powder Crushing Function

The integrated powder crusher is suitable for grinding a wide variety of materials, including:

• Rice

• Wheat

• Grain sorghum

• Corn

• Spices

• Chili

• Grass

• Other suitable grains and dry agricultural materials

The operator can adjust the material inlet and change the internal screen to achieve the desired crushing result.

Simple and Convenient Operation

The machine features a straightforward switching system. To use the rice mill, select the rice milling function using the switch and adjust the pressure with the adjustable handle.

For powder crushing, select the powder crushing function, adjust the material inlet or install the appropriate internal screen, and then feed the material into the machine.

This design allows users to switch between processing functions without requiring complicated adjustments.
