The MODEL YJ1000V-DSM High Speed Doubing Texturing Machine is a high-performance textile processing machine designed for efficient polyester filament yarn texturing and doubling. Available in 240, 264, 288, and 312 spindle configurations, this advanced DTY machine combines high-speed operation, individually driven friction spindles, precision heating, and intelligent electronic control to deliver consistent, high-quality textured yarn.

With a maximum mechanical speed of 1000 m/min, the YJ1000V-DSM processes polyester POY through controlled heating, drawing, and twisting to produce low- and medium-stretch DTY yarn with S and Z twist capabilities. Its doubling configuration enables approximately twice the output of a conventional single-twister machine when operating at the same speed, making it well suited for high-volume yarn production.
